Avjet Corporation Adds Gulfstream IV-SP to Charter Fleet
Avjet Corporation announced it has added a Gulfstream IV-SP to its industry-leading fleet of charter aircraft. The executive jet will be based at Avjet’s U.S. charter headquarters in Burbank, Calif.
“We’re delighted to add this beautiful Gulfstream IV-SP to our fleet of charter aircraft,” said Mark H. Lefever, Avjet’s president and chief operating officer. “In the first five-and-a-half months of 2013, Avjet has increased its diversified fleet by adding a Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) based in Miami, a Gulfstream IV based in Burbank, a Gulfstream 450 based in Tulsa, and now this Gulfstream IV-SP.”
“Gulfstream is known for its well-appointed cabins, state-of-the-art technology, and intercontinental range, making this jet ideal for both business or leisure travel,” Lefever said.
The Gulfstream IV-SP has seating for 12 passengers, with five berthable beds, a full-service aft galley and a non-smoking enclosed lavatory. It is equipped with a satellite telephone, wireless internet, surround sound entertainment system with DVDs and flat-screen displays, and Airshow. With a range of 4,100 nautical miles and a cruising speed of 550 mph, this Gulfstream IV-SP is well suited for high-altitude, intercontinental travel.
