AVJET TO OVERSEE BBJ SALE ON BEHALF OF SAMSUNG
February 25, 2008

LOS ANGELES, Calif.—Avjet Corporation, a global leader in private aviation solutions, announced that it has been retained by Samsung Techwin Co., Ltd. as the exclusive global marketing agent in the sale of Samsung’s 2002 Boeing Business Jet (BBJ).

Avjet Chairman and CEO Marc J. Foulkrod and Samsung’s Wook-sang Cho, vice president and general manager of global flight operations, finalized the contract arrangements this January in Seoul, Korea.

Avjet’s relationship with Samsung has spanned nearly a decade. During that time, Avjet has facilitated multiple large cabin and carrier class jet transactions and assisted with several completion projects for Samsung.

“We are honored that Samsung has once again entrusted Avjet to market an aircraft on their behalf,” commented Foulkrod. “Samsung recognizes the benefits of our experience in bringing aircraft to the global market, and our commitment to getting their aircraft to the top of the list of qualified buyers.”

The Samsung contract is a further demonstration of Avjet’s recognition as a leader in large private aircraft sales, acquisitions, management and charter in the Asia Pacific aircraft market.
