GROWTH AT AVJET EXPANDS SERVICES ON BOTH U.S. COASTS

LOS ANGELES, Calif.—Avjet Corporation, a worldwide leader in private aviation solutions, announced its plans to expand in the Eastern U.S. by broadening its sales, charter and management services in the region. The company recently centralized East Coast operations within its Washington, D.C.-area offices.
“By bringing aircraft sales, acquisitions, charter and management into one East Coast office, we are better positioned to integrate the wide range of private aviation solutions our clients require,” said Avjet Chairman and CEO Marc J. Foulkrod.
The consolidation of resources in the Washington, D.C. area will be overseen by Andrew C. Bradley, recently promoted to senior vice president of Avjet. Mr. Bradley brings 14 years of expertise in large cabin aircraft sales and acquisitions to the role.
“Andrew’s professionalism and leadership have been a big part of our success over the last decade,” said Avjet President Mark H. Lefever. “Under his capable leadership, Avjet is in an ideal position to enable aircraft owners and operators all along the East Coast to better utilize their aviation assets.” In addition to aircraft sales and acquisitions, Avjet assists clients with professional aircraft management, including the creation of substantial revenue through charter operations.
The changes at Avjet’s East Coast offices coincide with a major infrastructure development at the company’s Los Angeles headquarters, where construction recently began on a new state-of-the art hangar. The first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System-certified private hangar in the nation, the new 63,653-square-foot facility features numerous innovative and locally-sensitive design elements.
