Marc J. Foulkrod, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Marc graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a degree in aerospace engineering. He has worked for Boeing, McDonnell Douglas and Tiger Air in performance engineering, corporate and airline sales, marketing and Boeing 747 import certification. Joining Avjet in 1982 as a marketing consultant, Marc expanded the company into the multi-faceted, full-service aviation organization it is today. He and a former business partner acquired the company in 1986.

Mark H. Lefever, President
Mark is the driving force behind the service culture for which Avjet is renowned. Mark attended the University of Northern Colorado, where he majored in business administration and business finance. In 1980, while still attending college, he was involved in the start-up of J.E.T.S. (Jet Executive Transportation Services), and within three years had developed a highly successful jet charter and management company, operating three Learjets and five jet-props. As a founder of American Jet Corporation, Mark was responsible for implementing the marketing and sales strategy that increased gross sales annually by 100 percent. In 1989, he was hired as Avjet's Executive Vice President and became a partner in the company. In 2005, Mark was appointed Avjet's President. His talent, energy and insight into clients' needs have fueled Avjet's remarkable growth over the last decade.

Richard W. Hildenbrand, Executive Vice President
Richard attended the State University of New York, Farmingdale with a double major in architecture and engineering. While in college, he attained his flying credentials, including the Airline Transport Rating. His career in corporate aviation began in 1975, flying Gulfstream aircraft for a major communications company. Rich joined Avjet in 1995 as Director of Aircraft Management and Sales, and also held the position of Vice President and General Manager before being appointed Executive Vice President in 2006.

Andrew C. Bradley, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Acquisitions
Andrew served in the United States Navy as aircrew for a P3 Orion squadron out of NAS Patuxent River. In 1993, Andrew joined a leading aircraft brokerage firm specializing in heavy turbine aircraft acquisitions. In 1997, he accepted the position of Vice President of Sales and Acquisitions with Avjet. With a promotion in 2007 to Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Acquisitions, Andrew oversees the entire spectrum of transactional issues including price negotiations, technical appraisal and contracting. Andrew has successfully represented a multitude of clientele from Fortune 100 companies, Hollywood elite and countless multinational corporations in the purchase and sale of several hundred large-cabin jet transactions, with sales in excess of five billion dollars.

Karen M. Velligan, Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Karen graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in business administration and accounting theory and practice, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. During her 12 years working in public accounting, she acquired a broad range of experience in corporate taxation and financial accounting. Karen has worked with Avjet since 1986 and joined the corporation full time as Vice President of Finance and Human Resources in 1996. She was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 1997.

Jeff W. Fritz, Vice President of Maintenance Operations
Jeff graduated with an Associates of Science Degree in mathematics from College of the Canyons. In 1985, while attending college, he completed State of California Apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance. In 1985, while attending college, he completed the State of California apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance. As a licensed airframe and powerplant mechanic, he maintained various aircraft for Lockheed Martin prior to joining Avjet in 1990. He was appointed Director of Maintenance in 1992 and Vice President of Maintenance Operations in 1995.

Daniel A. Langford, Vice President of Customer Services
Daniel brings over 30 years of experience from Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. While at Gulfstream, Daniel acquired a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the areas of technical operations and field service, holding positions such as Technical Operations Manager, Area Manager for Field Service, Customer Service Manager and Manager of Warranty Administration. Daniel joined Avjet as Director of Technical Operations in 1998. In 2002, Daniel was promoted to Vice President of Customer Services, managing major programs and projects.

Kenneth R. Seals, Director of Operations
Kenneth graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia with a degree in journalism. Following his service in the United States Army as a photographer and photography instructor, he worked as a newspaper photographer for five years before changing careers to aviation. He has worked as a pilot and manager in scheduled air taxi, charter and corporate aviation for the last 29 years. Kenneth joined Avjet in 1995 as a certified Operations Manager and Director of Operations.

Gino Jooyan, Director of Aircraft Sales and Management
Gino graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in marketing. Before joining Avjet he served as Vice President of Sales for Spirit Aviation/Jet Direct. He was responsible for creating and executing on sales strategies and leading the regional sales directors. In 2001, he joined Bombardier Aerospace overseeing the sales functions of the Flexjet/Skyjet program on the West Coast. Prior to his aviation experience, Gino spent 12 years as a marketing and advertising executive serving various vertical markets. Gino joined Avjet in March 2007 as Director of Aircraft Sales and Management.
