Large Cabin Jet Sales, Acquisitions, Charter and Management

Only a company with expertise in multiple disciplines on multiple continents can give you the command and control you need to maximize the benefits of private air travel. Avjet’s 35 years of leadership in large cabin, long-range aircraft sales and acquisitions, executive charter, aircraft management and aircraft completions empowers you to run your world your way. With worldwide operations in all key aircraft markets, Avjet is able to offer a truly global perspective on buying, selling and operating new and pre-owned jets.

Offering unsurpassed specialization in Gulfstream, Global Express, Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) and other large cabin jets, Avjet has earned the reputation as the leading global authority in the sales, charter and management of these extraordinary aircraft.

Because we provide the entire range of executive aircraft services, each Avjet business unit enhances and informs the others. For example, our best-of-class charter fleet provides our aircraft management clients the opportunity to generate revenue from their planes when they become part of the Avjet fleet. Our aircraft acquisitions team can expedite a smooth transition to aircraft management, thus enabling owners to reduce their operating costs while maximizing the utilization of their planes. And when it comes time to sell, Avjet’s global sales team has the most successful, best-informed sales advisors in the world.

Avjet: In a Category of Its Own

More than a mere broker or dealer of private jets, Avjet serves its clients as strategic aviation asset consultants—experts with key contacts around the globe and solid relationships with all major aircraft OEMs. We retain the services of economists and consultants that only a company of our financial strength and decades of respect can leverage on behalf of our clients. Avjet’s industry-leading research is sought out by investment firms including JPMorgan, UBS Securities, Bank of America and Morgan Stanley due in large part to the volume of aircraft sales and purchases we engage in. Our analysts are also invited to speak to groups of analysts, investors, brokerage clients and aerospace experts.

Our unrivaled reputation for security and professionalism led to our being chosen in 2009 to transport former President Bill Clinton and his staff aboard one of Avjet’s Part 135-certified Boeing Business Jets, crewed by Avjet pilots, into North Korea to obtain the release of two U.S. reporters being held hostage there. Avjet’s international charter expertise and unique qualifications allowed us to work in concert with the Department of State, FAA, the White House and other international bodies to allow entry in restricted North Korean air space and safely return Mr. Clinton and the freed hostages back to our U.S. facility in Burbank, California.

Industry-Leading Jet Charter Safety Ratings

Avjet holds the highest possible ratings by ARG/US, Wyvern Wingman Alliance and IS-BAO  in addition to other independent audit firms. Our flight crews are seasoned professionals who attend recurrent Flight Safety and Simuflite training in addition to our own enhanced, in-house training program. Each crew is dedicated to specific aircraft. This assures that pilots and flight attendants have maximum familiarity with the aircraft. Avjet has achieved the rare distinction of being the only U.S. operator of a Part 135 Boeing Business Jet approved by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of Transportation for global charter. This distinction required a rigorous review by various federal agencies and the White House.

In 2008, Avjet, in conjunction with Shangri-La Construction, opened the world’s first private aircraft hangar to achieve Platinum certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Rating System. The beautiful and technologically advanced Hangar 25 is one of the operational wonders of general aviation.
