ABOUT AVJET CORPORATION >

Global Private Aviation Services

For those who expect perfection in every detail of private air travel, one name stands above all others: Avjet Corporation. Offering unsurpassed specialization in Gulfstream, Global Express and Boeing Business Jets, Avjet has earned the reputation as the leading global authority in the sales, charter and management of these extraordinary aircraft.

Because we provide the entire range of executive aircraft-related services, each business unit enhances the other. For example, our best-of-class charter fleet provides our aircraft management clients the opportunity to generate revenue from their planes when they become part of the Avjet fleet. Our aircraft acquisitions team can expedite a smooth transition to aircraft management, thus enabling owners to reduce their operating costs while maximizing the utilization of their planes. And when it comes time to sell, Avjet's global sales team has the most successful, best-informed sales advisors in the world.

The Proof is In the Numbers
Avjet has been involved in the purchase and sale of private business jets for over 30 years with over 350 aircraft transactions totaling $6 billion in sales. In 2009, Avjet sold more Gulfstream large cabin business jets than any other jet sales firm. In addition, Avjet has, over the past few years, sold more Gulfstream G-650 positions (11) than any other sales firm. Avjet sold 50% of the Global XRS aircraft in 2009 and 50% of the Boeing Business Jet market since 2008. In 2010, Avjet continues to set the pace in large cabin aircraft sales in spite of a recessionary economy.

When it comes to large cabin charter flight, Avjet's fleet is the envy of the industry. With new model Gulfstream, Global Express and Boeing Business Jets (BBJ) as the core of our fleet, we offer discriminating travelers a wide range of choices in premium charter aircraft. Owners who turn to Avjet for outsourced aircraft management enjoy savings of hundreds of thousands each year while generating up to a million dollars or more per aircraft to offset their operating costs.

Avjet: In a Category of Its Own
More than a mere broker or dealer of private jets, Avjet serves its clients as strategic aviation asset consultants—experts with key contacts around the globe and solid relationships with all major aircraft OEMs. We retain the services of economists and consultants that only a company of our financial strength and decades of respect can leverage on behalf of our clients.

Our unrivaled reputation for security and professionalism led to our being chosen in 2009 to transport former President Bill Clinton and his staff aboard one of Avjet's Part 135-certified Boeing Business Jets, crewed by Avjet pilots into North Korea to obtain the release of two U.S. reporters being held hostage there. Avjet's international charter expertise and unique qualifications allowed us to work in concert with the Department of State, FAA, the White House and other international bodies to allow entry in restricted North Korean air space and safely return Mr. Clinton and the freed hostages back to our U.S. facility in Burbank, California.

In 2008, Avjet, in conjunction with Shangri-La Construction, opened the world's first private aircraft hangar to achieve Platinum certification under the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Rating System.

Avjet's industry-leading research is sought out by investment firms including JPMorgan, UBS Securities, Bank of America and Morgan Stanley due in large part to the volume of aircraft sales and purchases we engage in. Our analysts are also invited to speak to groups of analysts, investors, brokerage clients and aerospace experts.

The Highest Possible Safety Ratings
Avjet's worldwide charter and management operations have earned the highest safety ratings from ARG/US (Platinum) and Wyvern Wingman Alliance, the two highest standards, and achieved by only a small fraction of the charter and management industry. In addition, Avjet in 2009 was awarded the rare distinction of placing both of our Boeing Business Jet aircraft on a Part 135 certificates for global operations. This certification by the FAA, Department of Transportation and final approval and sign-off from the White House, has been bestowed on fewer than five operators worldwide, and represents the only Boeing Business Jet aircraft in the United States able to operate under this standard.
